While researching my Heroes, Heroines, and History blog post series on the EP Ranch, owned by Prince Edward, Prince of Wales of Britain, I re-discovered the fascinating art of butter sculpture. It was something I had seen and admired, and then forgot.
With Butter Prince of 1924, my third post in this series, I show a small portion of the history of this agricultural art form.
