And it's gone! Last night I finally stopped playing word games with the contracted manuscript that is due today and I emailed it off. Phew. I awoke feeling free--until the doubts flowed in...what if the editor doesn't like it?
You see, this is my first contract with this particular publisher and I'm not sure the tone of my story goes along with what is expected. I'm praying it is.
Not only that, but in a last minute spurt to add details to my header and look more professional, I typed Books & Such Literary Agency after my name instead of Books & Such Literary Management which has been their new name for a couple years now.
Thank the Good Lord that He has blessed me abundantly with more writing projects to take my mind off of this one until I hear back from the editor.
