Nelson and I just returned from a trip to Monterey, California where I attended a writing retreat with Books & Such Literary Management. While I was working, Nelson explored Cannery Row, the piers, and Monterey Bay.

Have you ever been to Monterey? What about San Francisco or San Jose? I'd love to talk about the area or about the birds and animals we found, or even missed. Just in case we go back some day. :)
